Pool flower decoration involves the artful arrangement of vibrant flowers and petals in a swimming pool, creating a stunning visual impact. 1. Advance Booking: Please place your order for the floating flower at least one day in advance through our front desk.
2. Availability: The floating flower service is exclusively available during your stay and up to one day before your scheduled check-out date.
3. Pool Cleanliness: For the successful implementation of this service, the swimming pool must be clean for a minimum of 12 hours and a maximum of 24 hours following the placement of the floating flower arrangement. This ensures the preservation of the flowers and maintains the pool's hygiene standards.
4. Cancellation Policy: Once confirmed, orders for the floating flower arrangement cannot be cancelled suddenly. Any cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled time.
5. Deposit Requirement: A 50% deposit is required upon confirmation of the floating flower service. This deposit ensures the reservation of the floating flower arrangement.
