1. Advance Booking: Please place your order for the flower bath at least one day in advance through our front desk.
2. Availability: The flower bath service is exclusively available during your stay and up to one day before your scheduled check-out date.
3. Bathtub Cleanliness: For the successful implementation of this service, the bathtub must be clean for a minimum of 12 hours and a maximum of 24 hours following the placement of the floating flower arrangement. This ensures the preservation of the flowers and maintains the bathtub hygiene standards.
4. Cancellation Policy: Once confirmed, orders for the flower bath arrangement cannot be cancelled suddenly. Any cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled time.
5. Deposit Requirement: A 50% deposit is required upon confirmation of the flower bath service. This deposit ensures the reservation of the floating flower arrangement.
6. Subject to 21% tax & service
