Terms and Conditions – Photographer Booking

Advance Booking Requirement

All photography services must be booked at least one (1) day in advance. Same-day bookings are not accepted.

Availability

All bookings are subject to photographer availability. Confirmation will be provided once availability has been checked and approved by management.

Service Duration

The photography session is limited to a duration of thirty (30) minutes. Any extension of time is subject to availability and additional charges.

Photo Delivery

All photos will be delivered in digital format only. Edited digital photos will be shared via a downloadable link within the agreed delivery timeframe.

Booking Confirmation

A booking is considered confirmed only after written confirmation has been provided by management.

Payment Terms

Payment terms will be communicated at the time of booking and must be settled prior to the photography session unless otherwise stated.

Cancellation Policy

Any cancellation must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled photography session. Late cancellations may be subject to cancellation charges.

Vouchers are only valid and redeemable during the stay.
